I came across this program today. The sales page claims that you can earn $ 460 a day (or more) online, using a system made by you that you can set up in a matter of minutes.
Well, I decided to take a closer look. And the good news is, there is something of value here, so it’s not a scam. The bad news is that it really doesn’t live up to expectations.

WHAT IS A 12 MINUTE AFFILIATE?
12 Minute Affiliate is a program created by Devon Brown that shows you how to set up basic affiliate funnels to promote ClickBank affiliate offers.
Affiliate marketing is a business model where you make money promoting other companies’ products online. When someone buys through your affiliate link, you earn a commission.
As a member, you have access to some of Devons’ existing capture pages, email slides, and shortlisted affiliate offers within three major home businesses, health, and relationship niche.
The concept of promoting ClickBank affiliate offers in this way is nothing new. And there is certainly nothing groundbreaking about this show.
But it is a way to get an affiliate business up and running quickly, hence its name. And the show is run by Devon Brown who is a successful internet marketer.
So there are definitely some pros out there and theoretically you can earn affiliate commissions by following the steps. Undoubtedly.
But there are also some major drawbacks to consider.And probably the biggest of all, is that there is very little training.
You get some basic and generic sales funnels to get your feet wet, which is great. But if you really plan on making a profit, there is no way this is enough. This is probably where upsells come into play
As it is, you just don’t have enough training to create any substance. Therefore, you will have no idea what you are doing beyond the basic steps that are given to you.
It’s also worth mentioning that the initial $ 9.95 payment is just a 14-day trial .

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Once you purchase a 12-minute Affiliate through the ClickBank order screen (and exceed the upsell), you will be taken to the members area
Here you are given a series of steps to complete the setup of your new funnel
- Pick a niche (health, wealth, or relationships)
- Set up your free ClickBank affiliate account
- Sign up with an email autoresponder service like Aweber (additional cost)
- Set up your auto reply and capture pages
- Start sending solo ad traffic to your funnels (additional cost)
The whole setup is pretty easy and is something anyone can do.
Here is the process in a nutshell
traffic => page capture (person subscribes to your email list) => affiliate offer
The idea with the email marketing component is that you can follow up with people long after they see the affiliate offer. This is actually the only way you’ll really make a profit because most people don’t buy right away.
In any case, you can make commissions this way. Because what you have is the framework of a work funnel.
And I really mean frame.
You really only get part of the bigger picture. Enough that you actually earn that first commission. But not enough to make a profit, let alone $ 100 a day.
If you want to be successful in affiliate marketing, you need proper training.
Training that shows you how to create your own unique landing pages, create valuable email content, and drive quality free traffic. Training that teaches you how to become a true affiliate marketer.
It is not just a list of steps to set up the basic bones of a generic funnel.
So if you want to go the Devon Browns methods, be prepared to spend more money to get the meat of your workout. Or look elsewhere to fill in the gaps.
And you should also be ready to spend more money on an autoresponder email, domains, capture page builders, and other essential tools.
Not to mention that you will spend money on traffic with this system. Because the system is set up for you to buy solo ad traffic .
What you are essentially paying other marketers to send promotional emails on your behalf. And when someone reads the email and clicks the link to go to your capture page, you pay for that click. It can be expensive and not the best quality in my opinion.
Either way, it literally doesn’t make sense to spend a fortune on traffic without learning how to properly market to the people who join your email list.
IS EVERYTHING REALLY DONE FOR YOU?
No, not everything is done for you.
And this is one of the things that I dislike the most about this program. This is nothing more than a marketing gimmick to bring the masses to the door. Plain and simple.
It is true that SOME aspects of the funnel are made for you.
But if you really want to make consistent profits, you NEED to learn real internet marketing skills and put in serious effort over time.
That’s the way it is.
I may not be a millionaire guru, but I make 6 figures per year doing affiliate marketing.
So I am speaking from experience here when I say this. And when I say that funnels made for you are not a viable long-term strategy.
You must create unique, high-value emails if you want them to be delivered, opened, and read. And if that doesn’t happen, no one is clicking on the affiliate links within your email, making you money.
You must also stand out from the masses and establish your own brand. A relationship with your audience that is based on the value you give them.
So you can make some quick sales with a system made for you, but it is VERY unlikely that you will make (and stay) in profit this way.

WHAT I DO NOT LIKE
- There is a lot of publicity in the sales field
- Upsells immediately after purchasing
- There is no training to generate quality free traffic, so you will be stuck paying for ads alone
- Made for you, systems sound good, but they don’t work in the long run
CONCLUSION LEGITIMATE SYSTEM TO EARN MONEY?
Devon Browns 12 Minute Affiliate isn’t a scam, but it’s not exactly something that I would personally recommend either.
On the bright side, you get access to a members area that shows you how to launch a basic affiliate marketing sales funnel. Along with some existing capture pages and email copy.
You’ll have to buy an autoresponder subscription and pay for the traffic, but all said and done you could use this to generate some affiliate income.
So it is certainly legitimate in that regard.
However, the downside is that a lot is missing from this program.
You don’t have access to in-depth training on the most fundamental aspects of building a profitable affiliate business. Such as training in creating your own (unique) capture pages, email marketing, or traffic generation methods beyond individual ads.
That is why there is no way I am paying $ 47 p / m for this.
That, in my opinion, would be a waste of money given alternative affiliate marketing programs that offer much more value for a similar price.
In any case, the claims on the sales page of making $ 100 per day using a system made by you is just a marketing gimmick.
I seriously doubt if someone who buys this makes that kind of money without buying the biggest ticket sales. And without a substantial budget for paid traffic.
