We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all activities related to marketing and search engine optimization.

You will be responsible for managing all SEO-related activities such as content strategy, link building, and keyword strategy to rank higher on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEO campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing to maximize your return on investment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum return on investment in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign spending, stay on budget, calculate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
  • Optimize copywriting and landing pages for marketing and search engines
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, scaling, and optimization
  • Research and make recommendations in the field of search engine optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement a link building strategy
  • Work with the development team to ensure proper implementation of SEO best practices in newly created code
  • Work with copywriting and marketing teams to promote SEO in content creation and programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, links, and other factors to improve SEO positions for targeted keywords.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in SEO
  • Demonstrated experience in SEM, specifically in the management of PPC campaigns in Google, Yahoo and Bing.
  • Extensive knowledge of performance-based marketing, conversion and customer acquisition on the Internet
  • Extensive experience with website analytics tools (eg Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Experience with bid management tools (eg Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and limitations
  • Knowledgeable about factors that influence positioning and the algorithms used in search engines
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the field of SEO and SEM
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative and evidence-oriented field
